Day 3 – Tokyo Flavours & Temples Return to Tokyo for a hands-on cooking class focused on ramen and gyoza. Explore the historic district of Asakusa and enjoy a casual food tour in a lively neighbourhood. Day 4 – Sushi, Sake & Street Life Experience the contrast of Tokyo’s high-end cuisine and street culture. Cancellation Policy
At Custom Japan Tours, we invest time and care into crafting your perfect Japan itinerary. We understand that plans sometimes change, and we strive to be as flexible and fair as possible while recognising the effort involved in designing bespoke travel experiences. Payment Terms To confirm your booking, we require: 50% deposit at the time of itinerary confirmation. Remaining 50% due 30 days before the tour start date. If your booking is made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Itinerary Planning Fee A non-refundable planning fee of ¥20,000 is included in your initial payment. This fee covers the time and expertise spent researching and customising your itinerary. If you cancel after planning has commenced, this fee will be retained. Cancellation Terms In addition to the planning fee, the following cancellation terms apply: More than 7 days before departure: Full refund minus the planning fee and any non-refundable bookings made on your behalf. 7 to 2 days before departure: 50% refund, minus the planning fee and any non-refundable bookings. Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund, and itinerary changes may no longer be possible due to provider terms. However, we can provide documentation for travel insurance claims. Non-Refundable Bookings Some services (such as hotels, experiences, and transportation) may have stricter cancellation policies. We will advise you of any such conditions during the booking process. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, interruptions, and other unforeseen events.
